Trivial, but it is important to Health

Many activities we do every day so that we ourselves forget the power of our bodies. For that I would slightly give advice we often forget. Yaaa remember, try to do will certainly bring benefits to us all, this:

   
1. Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day.
   
2. Eating raw or prepared tomato juice. Because tomatoes are very good as anti-oxidants.
   
3. Do not miss breakfast. No need heavy food. Quite a fast and healthful food such as yogurt, bread, and 
       fruits.
   
4. Frequently wash hands, especially after handling objects that may become a den of germs or viruses.
   
5. Brush teeth at least 2 times a day.
   
6. Eat fruits to meet the needs of the body of vitamins.
   
7. Leave cigarettes
   
8. Avoid snacks / snacks. When hungry, eat yogurt, fruit juice, or eat fruit.
   
9. Mengemudilah well and wear a seat belt.
  
10. As an exercise, use the stairs instead of using elevators. Example: if you want to the 10th floor, use a   
       ladder to climb the 3-4 floors.
  
11. Breathe deeply, because it could decimate the level of stress and refresh your body.
