Guidelines to prevent cavities and maintain oral health. let your teeth look white and your smile is sweeter. Reading The tips yaa:
1.Rutin brushing teeth in the morning after meals and at night before bed, If I need to use Mouth Wash (gargle) after brushing, for maximum results.
2. In the morning brush your teeth at least 30 minutes after breakfast, do not immediately brush your teeth after breakfast.
3.Jauhi cigarettes, because besides not good untukkesehatan, Cigarettes also cause stains on the teeth difficult to eliminate.
4.Gantilah toothbrush once a month, because clean power brush is reduced after one month of use.
5.Gunakan dental floss (dental floss) to clean up food debris in between teeth.Dental floss can be obtained at the pharmacy.

6.Sedikit reduced consumption of food containing sugar, because sugar is an ingredient that can cause cavities.
